Job summary

Cyberonix Experts, LLC seeks a technical consultant to examine source code and engineering records for software disputes, patent evaluations, and IP monetization. You will translate complex findings for non-engineers and support litigation, licensing, and risk assessments.

The role focuses on software architecture reviews, AI systems, and technology risk, with opportunities to influence executives and deal teams. El Segundo preferred; other arrangements negotiable.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred in CS/EE
• MS strongly valued in CS/EE
• BS acceptable in CS/EE

Responsibilities

• Analyze source code and engineering records for patent, trade-secret, and other disputes.
• Prepare analyses and reports for depositions and trials.
• Advise executives, boards, and transaction teams on architecture, AI systems, and technology risk.
