Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Documentation:
- Create and refine high-quality technical content that includes user guides, release notes, FAQs, and API documentation.
- Simplify complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
Team Leadership:- Guide and mentor, the documentation team to achieve excellence in deliverables.
- Conduct reviews, set priorities, and foster best practices for consistent team performance.
Process Optimization:- Audit and enhance documentation workflows for improved efficiency and alignment with product releases.
- Drive initiatives to standardize templates and streamline processes for content quality.
Collaboration:- Work closely with product and engineering teams to gather information and stay updated on product developments.

RequirementsRequired skills and experience:
- Technical Writing Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive documentation including user guides, release notes, API documentation, and FAQs for complex enterprise software systems, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Intermediate understanding of distributed systems, databases, and query languages such as SQL.
- Familiarity with programming concepts (e.g., Python, Java) and their application in technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Linux environments for command-line operations and system navigation.
Tools:- Ability to Utilize tools like Git,Antora, or AsciiDoc for version-controlled, structured documentation.
Preferred:
- 2 to 5 years experience authoring technical documentation, preferably for softwaredevelopers.
- Knowledge of database and enterprise software terminology.
