Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production network infrastructure for availability and performance.
• Provide Tier II technical support for enterprise applications and networks.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls in LAN environments.
• Assist with deployments and support new IT initiatives in collaboration with IT, production, and engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate inventories of software licenses, hardware assets, and related equipment.
• Provide end-user Help Desk support for applications, systems, and access issues.
