Job summary

Foxconn-Pce Technology, Plainfield, IN, is seeking a Software Support Engineer to deliver Tier II technical support for enterprise and production software, network infrastructure, and related systems in manufacturing environments.

You will collaborate with IT, production, and engineering teams to resolve issues, deploy new initiatives, and maintain network devices such as Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. This role is full-time and on-site in Plainfield, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience deploying and supporting desktop, web, and database applications in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure and Tier II Help Desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for production and enterprise software applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
