Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Root-cause analysis from logs, telemetry, and user feedback.
• Basic coding knowledge of the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and communicate with users and stakeholders.
• Create, review and modify documentation for application usage.
• Coordinate with the development team to implement solutions.
• Contribute to standard practices and procedures.
