Mark43 is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team. You will be on the front lines of our customer support efforts, directly interacting with first responders and public safety staff to improve their experience with our software.

You will handle requests via email, phone, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering and project management to deliver timely resolutions. Weekend availability may be required in this role.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of professional software support experience.
• Experience with Zendesk and/or JIRA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with Windows and MacOS.
• Weekend availability may be required.
