Job summary

United Way of Central Indiana is seeking a Manager of Software Support to drive adoption and usage of organizational software, train users, and maintain SharePoint intranet sites. The role ensures security compliance and governance across tools like Office 365, AI tools, and Asana.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience, an associate degree, and preferably a Bachelor's. Salary offers mid 50s to low 60s with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting and administering business applications and technology systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools required.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) preferred.
• Experience administering project management platforms (Asana) preferred.
• Microsoft 365 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and support users to fully leverage core software tools.
• Lead user training and develop documentation for user knowledge base.
• Monitor and maintain Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites.
• Coordinate with internal teams for software tools used across the organization.
• Maintain inventory of technology tools, contracts, renewal dates, and governance.
• Provide backup onboarding for new employee technology setup.
• Develop AI tool usage resources and promote best practices.
