As a Director, you will lead projects, frame hypotheses, and drive day-to-day problem-solving, bridging consultants, partners, and clients to deliver tangible impact.

This role requires travel, strong English, and the ability to manage complex engagements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related work experience or graduate degree with ~3 years related experience.
• Ability to assess industry, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficient in English, with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong organization and time management, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.
• You must reside in or be within commuting distance of your office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovative projects, turn client challenges into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Drive day-to-day problem-solving, lead a dynamic team, and liaise with consultants, partners and clients.
• Act as a knowledge resource and aid in practice-wide business development efforts.
