Job summary

Swisslog, a world-leading robotics company shaping the future of intralogistics, invites you to join a team delivering data-driven automated solutions. You will work across the Swisslog Software and Controls product suites to implement customer requirements and drive performance.

Responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, creating functional and host interface specifications, and updating materials; you’ll collaborate with customers and related teams to address gaps and ensure

Qualifications

  • Formal qualifications in engineering and/or computer science, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution business sector and operational processes.
  • At least five years’ experience in providing Software and/or Controls solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Working knowledge of Material Flow Control Systems.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed Essential

  • Formal qualifications in engineering and/or computer science, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of the Warehouse and Distribution business sector and operational processes
  • At least five years’ experience in providing Software and/or Controls solutions
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
  • Working knowledge of Material Flow Control Systems
Desirable
  • Other software/controls product SME certification
  • Working knowledge of PLC controls and control logic
  • Experience in defining, procuring, installing and maintaining IT Hardware, Controls Hardware and their supporting infrastructure
