Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in engineering and/or computer science, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution business sector and operational processes.
• At least five years’ experience in providing Software and/or Controls solutions.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Working knowledge of Material Flow Control Systems.

Responsibilities

• Possess expertise in Swisslog Software Product Suite functionality and operation.
• Know how to customize each functional area.
• Understand Swisslog Controls Product Suite.
• Lead requirements workshops with customers.
• Create Functional Specifications.
• Create Host Interface Specifications.
• Address requirement gaps via Change Orders.
• Prepare and update requirements gathering materials.
• Support requirement management for related teams.
