Job summary

ADVANCED CHENEGA SERVICES, LLC. in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Software Development & Evaluation Manager to lead maintenance, testing, evaluation, and release activities for PIMS and related WIC Overseas programs.

The role coordinates with DHA stakeholders, manages release artifacts, and ensures documentation and compliance across DoD/DHA requirements. Anticipated Key Personnel position for bid support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, data systems, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience in software development, testing, systems analysis, application sustainment, release management, or software evaluation.
• Experience with DoD/DHA information assurance and cybersecurity practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead software maintenance, enhancements, testing, evaluation, and release coordination.
• Coordinate changes with Program Manager and DHA stakeholders before deployment.
• Manage release schedules, version control, and documentation artifacts.
• Develop utilities, interfaces, and tools to support WIC Overseas operations.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/DHA and RMF requirements throughout the software lifecycle.
• Support security, privacy, and configuration control activities for releases.
