Job summary

ADVANCED CHENEGA SERVICES, LLC. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Director of Information Management / Information Technology to lead IM/IT operations for the WIC Overseas Program Support Services.

The role emphasizes program-wide information systems, PIMS, cybersecurity compliance, and coordination with DHA stakeholders across OCONUS locations. The position is anticipated as a Key Personnel role, requiring strong leadership and extensive DoD/HA cybersecurity experience within federal health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, healthcare informatics, or a related field.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum eight (8) years’ progressive IM/IT experience with technical leadership and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IM/IT planning, execution, and oversight for the WIC Overseas Program Support Services effort.
• Coordinate technical personnel and vendors supporting PIMS operations, help desk, database administration, and network/system support.
• Ensure information infrastructure supports routine program operations, reporting, budgeting, and communications.
• Provide technical coordination with program leadership and DHA stakeholders.
• Oversee PIMS operations, maintenance, availability, configuration management, and user support.
• Maintain ATO/RMF documentation and cybersecurity controls to meet DoD/DHA requirements.
• Coordinate system updates, releases, documentation, and certifications across distributed locations.
