Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools such as Jira or TestRail.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Postman.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for assigned software components.
• Develop test plans, test procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution using Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Execute automated tests using tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Postman.
• Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across lab, vehicle, and field environments.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and investigate defects.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and communicate testing progress, quality metrics, and release risks.
• Support software installation, basic Linux diagnostics, and troubleshooting during testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardized testing practices.
