Oorwin AI is hiring a Junior Selenium QA Engineer to work remotely. You will design, develop, and run automated and manual tests to ensure web app quality, performance, and reliability.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with up to 2 years of QA experience, familiar with Selenium WebDriver, Java or Python, and eager to learn API testing, Agile practices, and CI/CD integration. This role emphasizes collaboration across remote teams.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduates or early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Basic hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Understanding of manual testing concepts and STLC.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java or Python.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar defect-management tools.
• Knowledge of API testing with Postman and REST APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Create and execute manual and automated test cases from requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing.
• Develop automation frameworks using Selenium with Java or Python.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Analyze results and provide defect reports and test summaries.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA members to resolve defects.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases, and data.
• Support API testing using Postman and validate REST responses.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and CI/CD integration.
