Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. This will be a manual testing position doing mostly ecommerce storefront and checkout testing.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50 - $55 / hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated tests for web applications
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Validate frequent releases and ensure quality standards
• Write and review acceptance criteria for user stories
• Utilize test management tools to track and report defects
• Support code releases with automated functional tests
• Work on eCommerce projects and enterprise platforms
  
  

Experience Requirements

• eCommerce experience
• Web Testing experience (this will be mostly web)
• Experience with TestRail
• 3 years experience in manual test execution and automated test creation and execution.
• 3 years experience working with test management tools
• Knowledge of responsive web design concepts
• Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience in testing and validating frequent releases
• Experience writing acceptance criteria for user stories
• Proficient in testing software manually; including but not limited to experience-based, context, exploratory, and scenario testing
• Proficient in test plan, test case, and test script formulation, report creation, defect tracking, business requirement/system specification analysis
• Experience with eCommerce projects on enterprise platforms [SalesForce, CommerceCloud] preferred
• Experience developing or maintaining suite of automated functional tests supporting code releases is a plus
• Experience with enterprise Order Management Systems (OMS), warehouse, and CMS platforms a plus
  
  

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
