Job summary
Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, headquartered in Lakewood, CO, seeks an ITS Software Quality Analyst to provide technical expertise in software validation, testing, and documentation across ERP and PLM systems.
You will develop requirements, test plans, and scripts; collaborate with SAP ERP, QMS/PLM Windchill, SAP SuccessFactors and CRM Salesforce/ServiceMax; ensure on-time validated code and audit-ready packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in ERP, QMS/PLM, HRIS and CRM validation preferred
- Familiarity with GMP/GAMP V/IEEE/ISO 9000 standards for software quality assurance, impact/risk analysis, and software traceability
- Strong with documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Operates independently in executing validation testing and documentation per QMS policy.
- Develops user requirements/functional requirements, test plans, procedures, and scripts.
- Gains proficiency testing global enterprise applications (SAP ERP, QMS/PLM Windchill, SAP SuccessFactors, CRM Salesforce/ServiceMax).
- Collaborates with team to deliver on-time validated software to production.
- Analyzes problems and designs effective solutions.
