Job summary

BD in Sparks, MD is seeking a Quality ERP Integration Specialist to design, implement, and support quality processes in SAP QM. You will bridge Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory and IT to translate requirements into robust SAP solutions.

The role focuses on ERP integration initiatives, SAP validation, and data-driven improvements to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP/GxP, and FDA regulations. You will lead UAT, develop functional specs, and train end users across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Systems.
• Strong experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) in ERP environments.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or quality-driven settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for SAP QM processes and functionality.
• Lead ERP integration projects and SAP implementation/validation.
• Develop functional specs and collaborate with IT for system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GMP/GxP, FDA where applicable.
• Provide training and Level 2/3 support for QM issues.
