Qualifications

• 2 years experience for Level II; 5 years experience for Level III.
• Practical experience in software/systems engineering across project life cycle.
• Able to obtain/maintain a government secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor development process and work products through entire life cycle.
• Work with and mentor engineers to ensure compliance to Textron’s development process.
• Review and approve engineering work products.
