Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a 2027 Quality Engineer I (Weapons) for an on-site role in Wilmington, MA. This entry-level position focuses on quality planning, contract review, supplier quality interfaces, and incident investigations to drive product integrity.

You will participate in design reviews and process development, supporting cross-functional teams across the business while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering and aiming to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields with less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and applications.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills.
  • This position requires a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

A Day in the Life of a Quality Engineer I:

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is 92,000 - 92,000 per year.
