Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience or relevant sports experience.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related area.
• Technical background contributing to day-to-day testing/engineering efforts.
• Understanding of defect reporting, version control, and configuration management best practices.
• Experience with automation best practices and API testing (Unit & Integration).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and execute test plans, suites, and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to define acceptance criteria and testing coverage.
• Reproduce, troubleshoot, and analyze defects and field issues.
• Assist in major testing initiatives using process, people, and testing methodologies.
• Provide feedback on quality state via bug tracking, emails, and meetings.
• Track QA metrics like defect counts, clusters, and escapes using JIRA, Test Rail, and automation results.
• Maintain and update test and automation scripts to stay current.
