Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or UI/UX work.
• Solid understanding of coding logic and structure, with exposure to Python and/or SQL.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles, with experience using design tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

• Participate in QA testing for new tools and features before deployment.
• Review usability of internal and external-facing tools and applications, flagging issues before release.
• Test data flows and integrations across systems for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify that tools and workflows align with data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Document test cases, defects, and resolutions in a shared tracking system.
• Triage and prioritize issues ahead of releases with developers.
• Maintain QA documentation and testing protocols.
• Participate in project reviews to assess readiness for release.
• Stay informed on trends in QA, compliance, and user experience.
