Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementations and technology initiatives from concept to delivery. This role serves as a delivery lead and solution owner, translating strategic objectives into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs.

You will partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution, supervise UAT, and drive value realization. This position emphasizes change management and training support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or hybrid delivery roles.
• Experience leading and owning requirements.
• Experience managing vendors or third-party software providers.
• PM certifications (PMP/CSM/PRINCE2) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation and technology projects.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT and business users.
• Act as functional product owner during delivery and UAT.
