Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Project Coordinator to support internal teams and external clients through the project lifecycle, from planning to delivery. The role emphasizes coordinating many small software development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution, and clear stakeholder communication.

In this hybrid Colorado Springs role, you will staff projects, maintain tracking systems, and manage schedules while collaborating across teams to meet client expectations and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software development project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI, Visio).
• Experience with SaaS and software development projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large number of small projects and negotiate priorities.
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Life Insurance and/or Annuities is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Staff projects appropriately to support successful delivery.
• Maintain project tracking systems accurately and keep clients informed of progress.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverable tracking tools.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure action items are completed on schedule.
• Identify and elevate project risks, issues, and resource constraints.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support client onboarding, implementation, and change request activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives and maintain client satisfaction.
