Qualifications

• 1+ years of software development project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI, and Visio.
• Able to manage a large number of small projects.
• Able to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with SaaS and software development projects.
• Experience with Life Insurance and/or Annuities is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Staff projects appropriately to support successful delivery.
• Maintain project tracking systems accurately and keep clients informed of progress.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverable tracking tools.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure action items are completed on schedule.
• Identify and elevate project risks, issues, and resource constraints.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support client onboarding, implementation, and change request activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives and maintain client satisfaction.
