Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science) with 12+ years of experience managing engineering projects and programs, OR Master's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience, OR PhD in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools
• Proven experience overseeing large-scale engineering projects with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in scoping, prioritizing, and managing program requirements within a technical domain
• Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, hardware development, software programs, and/or technology platforms
• Must consent to and pass an extended Background Investigation, including extended education, SEC sanctions, and additional criminal and civil checks (subject to country law)
