Job summary

Scale is seeking a Software Product Manager to build and improve internal software used by teams that design, deploy, and manage microgrids and data center energy solutions. In addition to product development, this person will drive Scale's internal AI adoption efforts and steer key cybersecurity initiatives.

This broad role is in a lean team, well-suited for someone with strong PM craft, AI fluency, and the versatility to operate across multiple workstreams.

The Role

We are looking for a Software Product Manager to build and improve the internal software used daily by teams that design, deploy, and manage microgrids and data center energy solutions. In addition to product development, this person will drive Scale's internal AI adoption efforts and steer key cybersecurity initiatives.

This is a broad role in a lean team, well-suited for someone with strong PM craft, AI fluency, and the versatility to operate across multiple workstreams. You'll be close to the product work - from understanding user needs to shipping improvements that matter.

You’ll report to our Staff Product Manager and work a hybrid schedule from our New York City office near Union Square.
