About the Role:

As a CBRE Business Systems Consultant, you will create and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs.

This role is part of the Business Systems Job Function. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and current systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Change procedures to solve complex problems. This includes considering factors like computer equipment capacity, limitations, operation time; form desired results.

  • Review business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into system specifications. Build relationships with clients to improve services and meet service levels.

  • Have full technical knowledge of most phases of systems evaluations. Consider the business implications of the application to current and future environments.

  • Use best practice processes around work assignments related to applications. This includes guiding project management efforts, reviewing the quality of output, and evaluating team performance.

  • Create communication plans for knowledge transfer to executives.

  • Manage external product vendors' performance and collaborate on future system enhancements.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams

  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.

  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the CMMS Software Manager position is $100,000 annually with bonus eligibility and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually with bonus eligibility. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
