Qualifications

• Associate's degree and four years of appropriate experience, or a high school diploma with six years of relevant experience.
• Experience with licensing, deployment and support of common administrative, educational and research applications.
• Knowledge of service management, asset management and software management/deployment systems.
• Experience with enterprise environments (10,000+ devices) and/or academic health centers/clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills new software licensing requests submitted through the service management system and manages annual licensing periods.
• Acts as departmental liaison for software requests using the UF Liaison Dashboard.
• Coordinates installation and activation of software applications with customers and support teams.
• Partners with leadership to optimize licensing, mitigate risks, and drive strategic initiatives.
