ManTech seeks a Software License Manager to help support our current Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Intelligence & Cyber Operations Contract in Stafford, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Consolidate current software licenses procured through a Marine Corps materiel development command and document current processes required to maintain awareness of licenses procured.
Procure new licenses, release un-necessary licenses and/or update annual renewals.
Participate in all Configuration Control Boards and review all Software Engineering Change Proposal’s Baseline Comparison Matrix to ensure licenses are identified and accounted for appropriately.
Provide a quarterly out brief to the Program Manager (PM), Assistant Program Managers (APMs), and Product Managers (PdMs) on license agreements, license statuses, and software end of life.
Provide a 90-day alert on any license renewal requirements.
Perform a semi-annual audit of software licenses with summary of results provided to the government leadership and staff.
Maintain a repository of all Token Based Authentication (TBA) requests and issuance of TBA packages
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience (additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
Experience in using relevant Microsoft (MS) products such as Project, Access, and the suite of MS baseline products (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting DoD programs and Marine Corps programs.
Experience with navigating and applying the DoD 5000.2, Acquisition framework
Clearance Required: Must have an Active Secret Clearance
