Job summary

HP Solutions (HPS) invites students to apply for a 12-week paid summer internship pipeline designed to convert to full-time roles based on performance and headcount. Eligible candidates must be able to work in the US without future sponsorship needs.

As part of HP’s Solutions team, you will tackle real-world projects across software domains, including development, cloud, and data/ML, while networking with leaders and peers. This program emphasizes hands-on learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 3rd year of bachelor’s completed or 1st year of master's program completed.
  • Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university.
  • Able to obtain US work authorization for 2027 and not require sponsorship in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Internship lasts 12 weeks with paid compensation.
  • Work on projects across Software Development areas (Front-end, Back-end, Data/ML).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience.

Software Internship Roles - HP Solutions (HPS)

The following posting is a pipeline requisition, meant to accumulate candidates for 2027 Summer Internships. Qualified applicants will be contacted in concert with the approval and publication of identical, approved positions within HP, Inc.

This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full‑time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full‑time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Interested candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. HP, Inc. will not provide any assistance or sign documentation in support of immigration sponsorship including Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or Optional Practical Training (OPT)
