Job summary

In-Depth Engineering Corporation seeks Software Integrator Engineers to support the integration of software components within complex system-of-systems environments on the GMD Weapon System Fire Control team. The role involves troubleshooting software, interface, build, configuration, and integration issues while supporting software deployments, testing, and verification activities.

This is a permanent, full-time on-site position at our Huntsville, Alabama location.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM from an accredited university and 5 years of related experience, or Master’s 3 years, or PhD 1 year.
• Experience integrating separate software components into a single system.
• Experience with Windows and Linux system administration.
• Scripting in Bash, C Shell, Python; familiarity with Atlassian toolset (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory).
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570.01M IAT Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities.
• Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software in computer languages for business/mission solutions.
• Applies standards, processes, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
• Leverages knowledge of hardware/software data and user needs to develop software.
• Corrects program errors and prepares operating instructions and documentation.
• Ensures software standards are met.
