Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Software Integration Support Engineer in Austin, TX, to safeguard the reliability and availability of our technology platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across applications, infrastructure, and databases to resolve incidents and improve system health.

As part of Schwab Technology Services, you’ll deepen expertise in enterprise integration, cloud platforms, and observability while partnering with developers and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of deployment, operations, and production support for business-critical apps and infra.
• Experience with enterprise integration tech like Informatica, Control-M, Oracle PL/SQL, APIs.
• Troubleshooting production issues across apps, systems, and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of app architecture: applications, database, and network layers.
• Experience using monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk).
• Familiar with ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, RCA.
• CI/CD experience: Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitHub.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and communicate clearly.
