We're looking for a software integration engineer to lead Validation & Verification (V&V) efforts at Plus by conducting hands‑on testing of our autonomous driving stack. In this role, you will work together with engineering and operations teams to develop and implement closed‑course vehicle testing programs. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing end‑to‑end software test plans for autonomous driving, supporting development on either the planning or MCU teams, and generating tooling and documentation to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Skills in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics or AV
• Experience creating and executing test plans for software and hardware systems.
• Experience debugging system behaviors in Linux, ROS, C++, and Python, and identifying software failures caused by hardware sensors.
• Programming skills in Python, C++, bash
• Willingness to travel to test sites near San Antonio, Texas and around the country.

• Experience working in testing Autonomy or ADAS applications.
