Akkodis is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Robotics Software Integration Engineer to join our team supporting a Fortune 500 client. Pay Rate: $45-55/hr W2

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, integrate, and test robotics software using Python.
Perform validation, optimization, and computational tasks to enhance system performance.
Apply data science techniques including data curation and analysis to support robotics functions.
Design and implement in-house algorithms, including data compression for performance improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of robotics systems.
Utilize ROS2 for robot control and deployment; Docker experience is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Analytics, Machine Learning/AI, Robotics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in robotics-related data projects.
Advanced proficiency in Python for software implementation, testing, and optimization.
Familiarity with GitHub and Bash; C++ experience is a bonus.
Experience with YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection framework is preferred.
Strong background in ROS2 and robotics system deployment.
