Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the software integration and testing into various digital test environments, embedded, and air-gapped environments, ensuring the compatibility and functionality of the software products.
• Coordinate the integration of various Computer Software Component Items (CSCI) from multiple vendors, ensuring interoperability and performance, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to align project requirements.
• Require significant software experience and disciplined leadership of software teams.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with vendors and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage and motivate a team of software engineers and testers across different locations and time zones.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in software development and integration.
• Experience with software verification testing from unit to system level, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Proficiency in multiple software languages such as C++, Rust, Java, and/or Python.
• Knowledgeable in modeling and simulation, with experience in environments like AFSIM and JSE.
• Experience with autonomous systems software development and testing, with domain expertise in air combat operations preferred.

Education Requirements: B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Development; M.S. preferred. Equivalent experience and certifications will be considered.

Clearance Requirements: Active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance with TS/SCI eligibility. U.S. Citizenship is required.
