IT Implementation Solutions Analyst

Location: Irving, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and provide feedback from multiple locations to the IT Product Owners on potential new features and/or enhancements.
• Present at division, region, and forecast meetings to provide updates on IT solutions and solicit feedback on future system enhancements.
• Conduct subject‑matter trainings with a variety of audience members.
• Assist with the development of training materials when a new version of the ERP system is deployed.
• Identify technology and business model problems and assist in developing solutions.
• Assist with rollout of new features.
• Develop relationships with all levels of employees at multiple office locations to understand their needs and challenges.
• Work with the product development lifecycle of all product teams.
• Assist in enhancing the product development lifecycle implementation and efficiency at the Service Center.

Pay

Estimated Min Rate: $33.00
Estimated Max Rate: $36.00
