As a Software Implementation Consultant you will serve as the primary point-of-contact for our global clients throughout the implementation of our software solutions. You will provide system configuration, testing, training and troubleshooting working closely with a team of both functional and technical resources. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
1 year of experience working in a client/customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization preferred
50-75% travel required.
1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL)
1 year of experience deploying software
Flexible in supporting our clients and able to work flexible schedules, which could include working weekends, evenings, holidays, and rotating shift schedules based on business needs
