Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS or related field is preferred.
• Experience in system integration, HR, accounting or computer industry is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Experience communicating technical information in a business context.
• Demonstrated track record delivering quality solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Hosts client meetings to determine objectives for project implementations.
• Creates configuration notes and reviews with senior staff.
• Completes setup of the client's software and verifies questions.
• Learns to configure ongoing system requests per project.
• Configures interfaces to integrate with HR, payroll or accounting systems.
• Tests interfaces to confirm complete integration.
• Provides client training on Insperity software.
• Documents issues and updates configuration notes accordingly.
• Works with clients to optimize systems through project close.
• Coordinates with team to manage deadlines and timing.
• Aims to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
