Job summary

Insperity is seeking an Associate Software Implementation Analyst in Dallas to handle project activities from client discussions to training. You will learn to configure systems via SQL scripting and software configuration to support enterprise project implementations in the future.

You will host client kick-offs, create configuration notes, and work with the team to tailor training and interfaces. Strong communication and multi-project management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS or related field.
• Experience in system integration, HR or payroll domains preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience translating technical concepts to business audiences.
• SQL or FoxPro database experience.

Responsibilities

• Hosts remote kick-off meetings with clients to determine objectives.
• Creates configuration notes and reviews with senior staff.
• Sets up client software and verifies questions with the team.
• Configures interfaces to integrate with HR, payroll or accounting systems.
• Tests interfaces to confirm integration is complete.
• Provides client training on Insperity software.
• Updates configuration notes and tracks issues for resolution.
• Coordinates project deadlines with team members and mentors.
• Drives customer satisfaction and reference-ability.
