Qualifications

• Experience with governance, compliance, and security in the software lifecycle.

• Ability to perform structured risk evaluations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve SBOMs to identify OSS components and risks.
• Guide use of third‑party, open source, and proprietary software for compliance.
• Identify and manage risks related to licensing, IP, security, and AI governance.
• Maintain and improve Software Governance frameworks, processes and tools.
• Contribute to policy development and best practices for governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency in software inventory and disclosures.
• Build relationships across teams to promote governance adoption.
• Develop expertise in software licensing, IP, and responsible AI usage.
