Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking software engineers with TS/SCI clearance and active polygraph for work under federal contract requirements. Candidates should have strong experience in C/C++, Python, and related stack components, with open levels of seniority from Level 01 to Level 04 based on years in the field.

Candidates must be a US citizen and eligible for access. Location in Maryland and related states is common; a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional

• Level 04 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience
• Level 03 requires a minimum twelve (12) years of experience
• Level 02 requires a minimum nine (09) years of experience
• Level 01 requires a minimum six (06) years of experience
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Experience programming in C/C++ or similar and Python
• This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Experience with Java, security, and cryptology concepts (PKI) would be beneficial

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.
Required:

• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• Must be a US Citizen
• This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to Software Engineering:
• Level 04 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience
• Level 03 requires a minimum twelve (12) years of experience
• Level 02 requires a minimum nine (09) years of experience
• Level 01 requires a minimum six (06) years of experience
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Experience programming in C/C++ or similar and Python
  

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• React
• Experience with relational, noSQL, and file-based storage products
• Experience with Java Security and Cryptology (PKI Certificates)
• Understanding of Amazon Web Services
• Experience with software configuration management processes and tools
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies and guidance
• Experience with Software Testing (e.g. Junit, Automated Test Tools)
