About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Technical Lead of Product Engineering to spearhead the technology architecture and development of our industry-leading Career Acceleration SaaS platform. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive the technical architecture of MARi, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security while fostering a culture of innovation and engineering excellence. You will lead a talented team of engineers in building impactful solutions that empower users to make informed career decisions. What We Offer
Competitive and Transparent Compensation
We believe in paying our employees fairly and competitively. Our salary bands are based on rigorous market analysis and are reviewed twice a year to ensure they remain aligned with industry standards. For this role, the annual base salary range is $165,000 - $185,000. Total compensation includes salary, bonus, equity and benefits. Your placement within the base salary range will be determined by factors such as your skills, experience, and contributions, ensuring equity across our team.
