What you’ll be doing?

You will be the founding member of a new full-stack team and work closely with other leaders in the company to solve the most pressing problems.

• Lead a team of 3-5 software engineers
• Building Koyfin’s customization and dashboard capabilities to enable users to create fully personalized versions tailored to their needs
• Take ownership of critical, highly complex components, such as the data grid (an Excel-like table) or charts, which are mission-critical to Koyfin’s platform
• Enhance the application’s performance to achieve maximum speed and scalability
• Help set and maintain engineering standards in the team and across the company
• Participate in engineering planning and grooming sessions, influencing key steps of the development process like feasibility, planning and execution
• Influence the strategic roadmap in collaboration with product and design teams
• Assist in recruiting and building a high-performing engineering team

Who we’re looking for?

• 3+ years of experience leading or directing a team of developers
• Experience building large-scale applications with real-time synchronization
• Previous experience in a Saas company writing customer-facing code
• A strong work ethic with a bias for action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, curious and collaborative
