Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior software engineer to design, build, and maintain edge caching services that handle a significant portion of Slack's API traffic. You will collaborate across teams to triage production issues, automate maintenance, and contribute to reliability goals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years building large-scale systems, experience with Go, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, and a strong understanding of reliable distributed architectures.

Qualifications

• Professional experience developing and operating web applications.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder

• Experience with unit testing, code review, design documentation, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Professional experience developing and operating web applications
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Experience with Go, AWS, Docker containers, Kubernetes, and FEDRAMP/NIST frameworks is a bonus
