Unity, a leading game engine company, seeks an Software Engineering Manager to lead a new team delivering Unity platform support for a key platform partner across TV and mobile devices. You will guide the engineering efforts to stabilize platform support, optimize workflows, and drive performance across diverse target devices.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing a high-performance software engineering team.
• Proven technical knowledge in desktop/mobile/web platform technology stacks using platform APIs to build native applications.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal Product owners and external partners to align on technical specifications and interdependencies.
• Expertise as a software engineer, with working familiarity in C++, C#, and JavaScript.
• Ability to assimilate and understand a large and complex software product.
