Unity is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a new team delivering Unity platform support for a key partner, enabling games on TV and mobile devices. You will drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product owners and partners to align on specifications.

The role combines leadership and hands-on engineering, requiring experience across desktop, mobile, and web stacks, with a focus on performance and real-time graphics.

Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions).
