Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
- 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
- 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of software development design and Agile practices/methodologies.
- Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps).
- Experience migrating monolithic architectures to modern tech stacks.
- Experience developing for cloud-native solutions (Azure).
- Experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
