Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
• 3+ years leading professional staff.
• Hands-on with scalable, enterprise-wide integration platforms.
• Experience in service oriented and microservice architectures; middleware design.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, source control, and release management.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Azure, and enterprise platform architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers (full-stack and platform).
• Develop people and processes to deliver secure, high-quality platforms.
• Align roadmaps with business strategy and technology goals.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure platform governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with product leaders to drive cloud, data governance, and digital initiatives.
