Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of platforms engineering experience in a senior capacity.

Responsibilities

• Identifies performance bottlenecks and proposes solutions to enhance platform performance.
• Establishes benchmarks, conducts capacity planning, and collaborates with teams to optimize infrastructure.
• Leads design and implementation of disaster recovery and testing.
• Develops and maintains IaC, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Promotes knowledge sharing and mentors junior engineers.
