Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• 8+ years of experience in software development with Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, SQL Server).
• Experience operating in a mature continuous-delivery environment with frequent deployments.
• Hands-on experience adopting AI-assisted development tools and setting usage guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers including senior engineers and tech leads.
• Own hiring, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
• Maintain production ownership, SLOs/SLAs, and incident response readiness.
• Oversee a continuous-delivery pipeline with automated testing and zero-downtime migrations.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and security to ensure reliable delivery.
